Dear Clients and Colleagues,
As you know, the Coronavirus/COVID-19 continues to be top of mind and we wanted to make sure you are informed about our preparedness at Complete Landsculpture. The safety of our team members, our valued clients and our community is most certainly our top priority.
Although our team members are working on the exterior of your home or commercial landscape property, our team is following current best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) that look to protect our community and slow the spread of the virus. Amongst these practices, we are sterilizing our trucks and have been working using social distancing practices and will continue this practice until this critical period passes. For where it is opportune, our IT setup is enabling our team to seamlessly communicate with each other and our clients.
In these uncertain times, we will continue to work rigorously to develop plans that will help us to execute to our clients’ needs. It is our objective to conduct business as usual as much as possible in a safe manner. At this time we are servicing our projects including both recurring maintenance and landscape & construction projects to the best of our abilities based on availability of our team members, suppliers and vendors and are operating under the exemptions in the law that covers us an essential business related to residential and commercial construction industry. If you have landscape or maintenance items that needs attention, our team is prepared to execute with appropriately sized crews so that we are able to act in compliance with the CDC’s guidelines. Lastly, perhaps it is a good time and opportunity to see if your property is spring ready or to complete those projects you’ve been putting off.
With every challenge comes an opportunity to learn and improve and our hope is that we will all be better trained and equipped going forward as we continue our efforts to operate in a safe and efficient manner.
